Actress and psychologist Antonia once starred in a film that had all its negatives stolen. Using her own memories and the dreams of her patient Metalhead, she sets out to retrieve the film. Her journey takes her to Antarctica and back home to Chile to visit her dying parents.
Chilean directing duo Cristóbal León and Joaquín Cociña (The Wolf House) bring the story of their second feature film to life through a combination of live action and puppetry against a backdrop of cardboard and painted set pieces.
